The Muir Institute seeks funding for development of a Global Sustainability Summit Center, an off-campus venue for industry, policy-makers and researchers to exchange knowledge and collaborate on solutions. The Summit Center would focus on providing an innovative space, or “collaboratory,” for all stakeholders interested in global sustainability – from experts to community groups and members of the public – to conduct on-site trainings, hold workshops and panel discussions, discuss best practices in outreach and communication, and build a network of innovative leaders to support the work ahead.
